Returns & Refunds policy

We will provide replacements in the following circumstances:

• Genuine defect or damage in the product received

• In case wrong item has been shipped to you

No replacement will be given in the following cases:

• In case of minor design and colour variations.

• Products returned in a used or damaged condition

• If the customer changes his / her mind after purchasing or on receipt of the product

• If the product is returned without a written confirmation from us via email

• If the product is not returned through our courier

1) What to do in case the package is damaged?

If you discover the damage once you open the parcel, please report the damage to us within 12 hours of the delivery of the product through email (admin@ahamidam.in) describing the damage as mentioned below along with images of the parcel.

2) What is the replacement process?

Step 1: All eligible replacement requests need to be notified to us by email to (admin@ahamidam.in) within 12 hours of the delivery of the product. Please mention the following information in the email:

• Order Number

• Your email ID registered with us

• Name of the damaged product and quantity damaged

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the package and the damaged products

Step 2: We will review your replacement request and confirm if the request is approved on email in 48 hours

Step 3: If replacement is approved, we will arrange to pick up the product through courier who will deliver it back to us

Step 4: After the receipt of your parcel, we will verify the products and authorise it for replacement within 3 days if the products are found to be in proper condition.

Step 5: Once approved, we will ship the replacement product in 48 hours. In case the replacement product is not available in stock, we may contact you to choose a different product or refund the purchase cost to you. The refund process will take 7-10 working days.

3) Where do I mail the returns?

Do not send the products directly to us. All approved replacements need to be picked by our courier only. Any product sent by customers directly to us, will not be accepted and returned back.

4) When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement product will be shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of the original item, subject to the following conditions:

• The products should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.

• The products should have the original tags and should be in the original packaging.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions would not be accepted. No replacement will be provided for such products.

5) Can I choose a different product in exchange?

No, you can't choose a different product in exchange.

6) How much time does it take to issue the refund?

The refund process will take 7-10 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.

7) How is the refund made?

Refund will be sent to the same card/bank account from which the payment was made. In case it is not possible for our Payment Gateway to send the refund to the samecard/bankaccount due to the expiry of the refund window, we will request you to provide an image of a canceled cheque using which we will send the refund money through online fund transfer.

8) Can I modify or cancel my order?

No, you can't modify or cancel an order once placed successfully on the website.

  • Gift cards

  • Any and all services

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before consulting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and contact you on your personal contact details to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved with 7 working days your refund will be processed or less then that depending on the situation, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days and you can also contact us if you need to receive your refund in any other way.

Delivery Time :-

It takes 3-5 days to deliver in Metro Cities in India & 4-7 days to deliver in other parts of India from date of dispatch.

Custom Duties & Taxes (Outside India) :-
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. But, we fully co-operate & provide our sincere support in this regard as we have enough experience in this field. So, feel free to contact us if you have any query or doubt at any point of time. However, note that currently there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada and Europe. In other countries, this typically ranges around 1% only. Additionally, professional buyers can also recover the VAT. You are advised to contact your local custom authorities for any clarification. Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer, or cancelled, the customer will be liable for all custom duties and VAT charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, custom duties and VAT, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
